Something must have changed because the service I've received from American Storage at all levels was fantastic. They wedged an 8' x 20' container into a very tight and the delivery driver was very helpful in putting it in the very best location. The people in the office were very responsive and helpful, too. I, too, wanted to use a local company and it has really paid off. I decided I wanted to buy the container once I'd had it for a few months and they made me a really good deal on it rather than taking advantage, which they could have. Just today, I needed some help with some welding/straightening repairs after some vandals tried to break in. The owner sent one of his crew over right away to help us out. I'd give 6 stars if available. Thanks.

I recently have had to move, oh the joys!!! NOT. I wavered back and forth between hiring movers, or heaving all my crap to a big self storage unit, or hiring Pods type storage containers.... I decided on PODS. Well, sort of.... PODS is 3 TIMES the cost of American Storage in Santa Rosa for the exact same thing! American Storage, has great affordable rates, you talk to a live person who is very kind and helpful everytime you call, and they were efficient, and prompt. I would highly recommend American Storage for your moving and storage needs.. 2 thumbs up!
