I really like this store and the nail salon located within, Modern Nails. The owner is very knowledgeable and has helped me find some great products that work well on my newly "combination" hair (it used to be oily, now it's oily/dry - getting older is so much fun). She also suggested several products to me when I had a lot of damage from too many chemical processes. Speaking of which, they also carry a good permanent solution, great curl without too much damage. There is usually a buy one, get one for 50% off sale and sometimes there are products on clearance for a great price.

Due to my work, I really have to pay attention to my nails now; I have to get acrylics every few weeks because if I don't, my nails will break on the job. Beauty Connection makes it more of a fun experience for me beacuse they stock all of the latest colors from OPI and China Glaze.

A good local small chain with hard to find products ( like clean Jane Iredale cosmetics, blow brushes, and multiple nail polishes). You can also have your hair cut...or your nails done. Two locations in Santa Rosa. Good prices.
