Elizabeth's Hair & Wig Salon at 6119 Old Redwood Highway # B3, Santa Rosa, California.

We came to this store as we heard she specializes in cancer wigs we came in she was helpful and gave us many options we purchased a wig for 160.00 a little more than we wanted to pay however we figured you buy cheap you get cheap well not true 2 weeks into wearing the wig it frayed up and looked as if been worn for months couldn't brush through it and looked awful came back and Elizabeth "owner" was not only rude after a long discussion she said " I will give you your money back leave the wig " customer us says and leave bald ?? That seems rude to have us leave this way we suggested another wig Elizabeth had us wait while she did a haircut and said look around but not much to look at as everything is in boxes 30 minutes later came to pull out wigs still with her great attitude and rudeness we will never come here again we suggest no one else come either not professional at all . Very disappointed
