The commercial properties that we have this company service for refuse has failed time and time again to communicate when they are unable to empty our dumpsters. Our company goes above and beyond to make sure we comply with waste disposal standards, but when anonymous persons are constantly contaminating our dumpsters, it would be nice if we could get a call, note, or photo (it is the 21st century, after all) as other waste management companies do so we are aware of any noncompliances going on as opposed to allowing garbage to pile up without any explanation. The phone operators are always friendly and do their best to be helpful, but they are never aware of the goings on. The communication in the company needs to needs to improve.
